Observation

A protruding nail was observed on a water toy in the outdoor area / a broken wood stick with splintered edges was observed in the outdoor area at the time of inspection. The back of two toy shelves in the toddler classroom were observed to need repairing at the time of inspection. A large size hole on the wall in the school age classroom / multiple holes on the wall in the preschool classroom / multiple holes on wall in the bathroom were observed at the time of inspection. The early learning program presmises did not have thermostats to indicate the indoor temperature at the time of inspection.
